Based on our focus question and our score for the aligned feature (TFI 1.7), we will improve our professional development support for teachers to include self-awareness and cultural proficiency training. We'll also include space to practice strategies for building relationships with students across lines of difference.
We might adopt CASEL's rubric for strengthening professional learning centered on adult SEL and Cultural Competence. This might guide us as we develop our systems approach to growing adult capacity to support students across lines of difference.
