Drumline

The JMS Drumline (the "Black Shirts") is a club that only meets in the first half of the school year. The primary goal of this club is to prepare for the Jupiter Holiday Parade in December. Students learn the basics of playing cadences and the holiday JMS Marching Band tune. They usually meet on Tuesdays after school starting in September (subject to change).

Percussion and double reeded (oboe/bassoon) students in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band and (sometimes) Beginning Band members make up the JMS Drumline. Consistent Attendance is crucial to the success of this group.
