All students, regardless of disability, are required to successfully complete requirements set by the State of Florida in order to graduate with a Florida Standard Diploma. These requirements are a combination of academic courses, electives, and assessments.

In order for an IEP Team to determine a waiver, a student with a disability must first take the assessment.
Statewide Standardized Assessment Results Waiver for Students with Disabilities (PBSD 2394- Located in eForms)
In addition to PBSD 2394, students who were administered the FSAA must have a portfolio for:
