LOSS & GRIEF
Coping with the death of a loved one brings enormous challenges for the whole family. Grieving may never completely end, but working through the difficult feelings can become easier with time. Through support, open conversations, and finding ways to keep the person’s memory alive, families can begin healing together. Helpful links:

PARENTING STRATEGIES & SUPPORT
Local Parenting Education/Support Opportunities: Parents Interested in Nurturing Effectively (PINE)
3 Sessions Tuesdays 4:30-6:30 which can be at an in-person workshop site or virtual through Zoom.
Advanced registration is needed to send materials.
PINE covers parenting styles, child development, role modeling, communication, and emotion/behavior management.
