We’re kicking off a new school year filled with small wins that lead to big change—and we’re so glad you’re here for it.
Twice a month, be on the lookout for our ParentSquare Wellness Wednesday messages. Each one offers healthy tips, small challenges, and practical ideas to help you stay motivated and engaged. Whether you're easing into a new routine or looking for a quick reset, these brief updates are designed to support your wellness in manageable ways. These messages will also highlight activities and promotions you can be a part of.
This October, we are getting ready to MOVE! Our monthly theme, Motion Creates Emotion, comes alive with an exciting lineup: the all-new FLASHP wellness program, The Four Pillars of Wellness, designed by local movement expert and Exercise Physiologist Hillary O’Sullivan. Don’t miss Part 2 of the Smola Consulting Women’s Health Speaker Series and secure your spot in our inaugural FLASHP Community Run/Walk—the magical Winter Wonderland Run at ROC Holiday Village this December. Also included is the back-to-school issue of Community Health magazine, where you can learn more about this year's wellness program schedule! It’s your month to move, learn, and celebrate wellness!
Over the next 10 months, we’ll be rolling out The Lift Project—a flexible journey to boost your well-being. Each month brings a new theme, paired with simple actions, mini challenges, wellness programs, community events, virtual keynotes, and practical activities you can actually use.
