You will be asked throughout your time with PALCS to upload certain required documents into PAYCOM. The steps below are a guide to assist you. If you should have any difficulties, please reach out to a member of our HR Team for assistance.
Click the following link to Paycom’s Employee Self Service Login page: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ee/web.php/app/login
Once logged in, scroll down until you see a box named “Documents”. Click on “My Documents”, as shown below:
3. On this new page, click the button that says “Add Document”. Clicking this button will prompt another window to open up:
4. Click the arrow, and you will see a list of document types available to upload. From here you can select the name of the document you will be uploading.
Your options are:
Act 126 Training #1 - Professional Ethics
Act 126 Training #2 - Mandated Reporter
Title IX Training Acknowledgment
Act 114 - FBI Fingerprints Upload (Please do not submit actual FBI Report - Please only provide the UEID. This UEID can be found on the receipt provided to you at the fingerprint center.)
Act 33 - PA Child Abuse History Upload
PA Criminal Record Check (Listed in Paycom as “Criminal Record Check”)
5. Once you select the correct document name, click “Next” in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
6. There will be another drop down menu, where you can choose which type of file to upload.
7. Choose an option, and select the document that corresponds with the document name you selected on the previous page. Double click on your document, and you should see it appear on the upper left hand side of the window. Once you have selected the correct document, click “Add”.
Your document is now uploaded. Please note that you will not receive an automated email indicating a successful upload. If you would like to confirm the document was uploaded, please email mdobson@palcs.org.
