PSERS ALTERNATIVE 403(b) PLAN
PALCS offers an alternative PSERS option to eligible staff. All regular full-time staff are required to contribute 5% per pay to the plan, which will be matched by PALCS. At the time of hire, the Benefits Administrator will enroll new hires in the PSERS Alternative Plan.
