PALCS is committed to ensuring that all Criminal History Information provided to us, as is required by PDE guidelines, is maintained in secure fashion.
While PALCS is pursuing future enhancements to our transport and storage capabilities, a cornerstone of safe and secure transportation practice at this time is to provide all records in person to the HR Department. Should this not be possible, please contact a member of our HR Team for secure instruction guidelines and do not email scanned copies of your FBI Fingerprint results. Please only provide us with a copy of the UEID number that you are provided once you have completed your Fingerprint Appointment.
