Each week, Candler Park Market (a local grocer on McClendon Ave. and just down the street from Paideia) special orders cases of milk for us from this local creamery in North Georgia.

We are thrilled to be directly involved in the raising of our eggs. Through a new partnership, Tiny Joy Farm, Paideia's farm at Berea has a sister egg farm that is producing eggs exclusively for our boxes. Depending on the week, we also have eggs from Riverview Farms.
*When handling farm fresh eggs, please remember to thoroughly cook eggs and wash hands after handling. The eggs are not "washed" as this removes an important protective barrier. Refrigerate and your eggs will keep for weeks!*

Root Baking, based out of Ponce City Market, is committed to using locally-sourced grains from DaySpring Farms and Farm and Sparrow, which they mill in-house to make their delicious, European-style hearth bread. We're glad to provide a rotation of different loaves for our CSA boxes every week.
