Hello Students!
Your summer homework will be quite enjoyable. You will be reading a neuroscience book by one of the most famous and readable neurologists ever, Oliver Sacks, or a newer book that is in the same vein. Please pick one of the books below, read it and write a short summary of one of the patients detailed in the book here - make sure to put your name by your summary and try not to do the same one that someone else has already done. Then, read other student’s entries, highlight an interesting part and add a comment or question by clicking the “add comment” button. Write one entry and add three comments and you’re done! Contact me (knowles.miranda@paideaischool.org, 404-398-3689) with questions.
Thanks,
Miranda
**All HS students need to read an additional two free-choice books during the summer. For each of the two free-choice books, you will submit a reading response form for your grade:
