Learning Walks

Step out of your classroom and into your colleagues'! Our monthly learning walks are short, informal visits that let you experience our faculty in action. Think of it as a field trip for your professional growth. You’ll walk away with new strategies, inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for the great work happening across campus.

TDP Discussion Groups

Teaching can be joyful, messy, and full of big questions — which makes conversation essential. Our discussion groups are not always about finding “the answer,” but about building connection and community along the way. We're offering two discussion groups this year: a AI with Intention book group and a Critical Friends Group.

Workshops

Our hands-on workshops are designed to be practical, energizing, and immediately useful. This year, we'll be focusing on how to incorporate our Framework of Values into our teaching.

Jump In: Our first workshop is taking place on September 25th @3:30.  We will use a visible thinking routine to dive deep into the meaning of our framework. RSVP here.

Pizza and Plays

Sometimes the best ideas come when we give ourselves permission to play. Pizza & Play is a casual, creative time to explore new tech tools — all while enjoying a slice (or two). Think of it as recess for teachers: low-stakes, fun, and full of possibilities.

Mahjong

Who says you can't make a little time for fun?  While it's not an official part of our job description, ile@p launched a Paideia Faculty mahjong club.  Everyone is welcome!
