During the kickoff meeting of the 2018-2019 Art and Science of Learning group, Miranda Knowles, High School Neuropsychology teacher, led teachers in the dissection of a sheep's brain. Miranda provided background information on the various regions of the brain, and their role in learning and development. The dissection activity was followed by a conversation about the implications for our teaching practices with students.
