Attendee Registration

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN BY THE MIDDLE OF JULY.

ALL PRESENTERS MUST REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.

Conference Registration Options

Because the conference is now only two days, there is one registration fee. The registration fee includes featured speakers on Friday and Saturday, entry into the exhibition hall, and access to any and all breakout sessions. Ticketed workshops have a limited number of seats and may have an additional fee. They also tend to fill up quickly so be sure to add them on to your registration now!

PAEA Member Registration: $175 -attendees who will attend the conference and hold a current membership to NAEA/PAEA.
Non-Member Registration: $275 - attendees who are not members of NAEA/PAEA.
Preservice (student)/Retiree Registration: $85 - preservice students who are enrolled in an undergraduate/post bacc program.

Lunch is NOT included in the cost of registration. There will be a boxed lunch option for each day. This will be an additional cost to your registration. If the options do not suit your dietary needs, please plan accordingly. There are a few places to purchase food on site and close by but food from outside vendors is not permitted in the conference spaces. This is a union issue coming to us from the Hershey Lodge. Please do your best to be respectful of their policies.
