2027 Conference

Collective Community, Bethlehem 2027 

The 2027 Pennsylvania Art Education Association Annual Conference is coming to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, November 5-7, 2027, hosted at Moravian University. Art educators from across the Commonwealth will gather in the Lehigh Valley for a weekend of learning, making, conversation, and connection. The conference will bring together educators from K–12, higher ed, preservice, teaching artists, museum and community educators, and arts advocates to share ideas, celebrate art education in Pennsylvania, and explore the evolving possibilities of art education.

Conference programming will include panels and workshops that build community and provide networking opportunities. As part of the conference, ArtsQuest Creative Factory will host our conference kickoff and Payne Gallery at Moravian University will host a special exhibition Practice as Pedagogy: A Juried Exhibition of Pennsylvania Art Educators.
