Thank you for visiting the PACS Athletics Info Page! We will use this space to provide you and your student with the information needed to participate in PACS Athletics during the upcoming school year, as well as throughout the year. Please review the information below carefully. 

Any student anticipating participation in the upcoming PACS Sports offerings for the 2025-2026 school year parents must complete and return the sports physical form in advance of the season. You can access the form at the link above. 

Fall Sports

1. Flag Football (6th-8th)

2. Cheerleading (3rd-8th) 

3. JV Basketball (4th-5th) 

Winter Sports

1. Varsity Basketball ( middle school) 

2. Track and Field 

Spring Sports

1. Volleyball

2. Soccer 

3. Indoor Track

Please note. Students with a significant medical history or conditions (i.e.  seizures, severe asthma) will require additional medical clearance by their presiding doctor as well as a medical health action plan.
