Cat is a sophomore at Pacific University, looking to major in psychology. She has a passion for aesthetics and adventure. Coming from Hawaii, Cat feels that there is unique experience of sexism in the place she grew up in; as the culture and society is different from the U.S. Cat's aspiration for this project is to open the door for conversation about the society's pressing matters. Having experienced sexism in her daily life, Cat felt that this project in itself was beneficial in her own growth as a person and hopes it does the same to those who read this.
Kinsey is majoring in Psychology as well as minoring in Business at Pacific University, She often combines her love of writing with mixed media art, spending most of her time free painting. Her other hobbies include running, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest where she grew up. Kinsey's aspiration for this project is to provide a tool and resource for parents to encourage children to be themselves while stopping the perpetuation of harmful stereotypes. She feels that the topic of sexism is a difficult, but important conversation to have
