What our book teaches kids:
No one should be left out based on their gender
Speak up on topics that are important
Everyone is equal
Question number one is a good time to listen, as well as share a personal experience. Use the story the child choses to share as well as your own personal story, if you're able to share, and continue building off of the same stories for questions 2-4 to help guide the conversation and let the child know they are not alone in their experiences with sexism.

Nykki is a Junior majoring in Psychology. She believes a child's mind from a young age can greatly affect how they perceive the world and those around them. Our kids are our future and we need to help them see right from wrong and not look at everything in black and white.
