We can connect you to programs that help you and your family stay healthy and well-nourished such as CalFresh, local and regional food banks, emergency food services, the Women Infant Children (WIC) program, and more. Bridge of Hope SD is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families through transition. Transition can mean many things including families leaving homeless and domestic violence shelters or recovery homes, families facing crisis, and refugees relocating from around the world.
The Salvation Army Food Pantries in San Diego provide essential support to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Operating through our Corps locations across the county, the program offers nutritious groceries and vital supplies, ensuring no one in the community goes hungry.
