The Homeless Services division of the City of Santa Ana develops public and private partnerships and provides direct outreach services that coordinates services directed towards reducing and preventing homelessness.
Illumination Foundation has multiple shelters and navigation centers operating throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
At any given time, a family may find itself in a crisis situation, not have a support system and not know where to turn for help. SPIN helps homeless families with children locate and learn the skills necessary to maintain housing in Orange County and become self-sufficient. We want to ensure that all children in our community have a stable environment in which to learn and grow.
Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) administers federally funded programs to provide rental assistance to qualified tenants in privately owned rental housing. The largest such program is referred to as the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Participants who receive a Housing Voucher can use this rental assistance in a variety of rental dwellings and locations with almost any property owner who is willing to participate in the program.
OCCHC's mission is to transition extremely low-income families towards greater self-sufficiency by assisting them with housing and education.
