Our head instructor has over 15 years of teaching experience and nearly 20 years experience working in the healthcare field. As an Advanced Care Paramedic, Gilles brings the most current information to the courses and ensures that all of our instructors do the same. Courses are taught with "real-life" scenarios in mind while also ensuring a safe place to learn and practice skills. From Basic First Aid, to Youth Courses, to Advanced Life Support, PACE First Aid & Rescue Training offers courses to anyone and everyone!

Siân

First Aid Instructor, First Aid Instructor Trainer, Youth Leader, Teach Experience Supervisor- CRC

Siân is the Director of Training at PACE First Aid. She has been teaching the Babysitter & Stay Safe! classes since 2018. She is a Teach Experience Supervisor who helps onboard all the new Youth Instructors to PACE.

She also just completed her First Aid Instructor Trainer course, and is looking forward to teaching people to become first aid instructors as well as Youth Leaders.

Siân is a mom of 2 wonderful girls, and a bunch of rescue animals which take up a lot of her time. When not busy she enjoys camping, watching movies and spending time with her family

Mylène

First Aid Instructor - CRC

Mylène is new to the PACE Team!

is a certified Athletic Therapist, has completed the Red Cross EMR course and avid sports lover.

She has worked for 2 seasons with the Winnipeg Valour FC Professional Soccer Team as their Athletic Therapist. She's also one of the Heath ATs for Université de Saint-Boniface's athletic teams.

She's a new mom to a 1 year old and enjoys every minute of it.

She is also pursuing her Bachelor of Education and is hoping to become a teacher in the next few years. As you can tell she's passionate about teaching!

What's really awesome is she enjoys teaching the courses in both English & French!

Danalee

Youth Leader & First Aid Instructor - CRC

Danalee is part of the PACE team who started with us teaching the Babysitter & Stay Safe! classes.

Danalee just recently completed the First Aid Instructor course and is excited to add more course offerings to her teaching abilities.

Amber

First Aid Instructor, Youth Leader - CRC

Amber has been a First Aid instructor since 2017, previously part of the Swimming & Water Safety team.

She is a Healthcare aid in Winnipeg, and teaches the youth and workplace required training for on her days off.

When she's not working or teaching, she spends her time with her large family & pets doing all kinds of fun things together.

Fiona

First Aid Instructor, Youth Leader, Teach Experience Supervisor

Fiona is passionate about learning, she's working on finishing her masters degree.

She is a multi-talented Canadian Red Cross Instructor. Fiona has been a first aid instructor since 2017, offering a variety of courses in various formats.

When Fiona is not working, she is often found at the rink watching her 3 girls play ringette.

Fiona is originally from the Swimming & Water Safety world and has awesome tips and tricks about water safety.
