Rebecca leads Global Talent Acquisition for Cummins, Inc. Her organization provides recruiting, technology and DE& I operations support across Cummins businesses to meet hiring needs in all regions of the world. Her organization is also responsible for our Powering Your Potential branding work and recruiting social media interfaces.

Rebecca holds an MBA degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI).

A native of Indiana, Rebecca has also lived in Michigan, Massachusetts and England. She is passionate about health and fitness and is an active member in her community.

Rebecca resides in Columbus with her husband Mike and dog Cayenne, and has three adult children Sloane (St Louis, MO), Harrison (Cincinnati, OH) and Gabe (Indiana University) scattered around the Midwest.
