Dues: None at this time
To help support the project, we ask that families volunteer time at the horse shows and at the food stand - our main fundraisers.
Equipment Needed: Horseless horse members do not need access to a horse, members may have an opportunity to work with horses. Equipment varies depending on your level/type of participation in the Horse project.
Dates: Dates can be found on the calendar on the home page.
Meetings: Horse meetings are held in the North Pavilion or the Horse Barn at the Ozaukee County Fairgrounds with at least one community service project located elsewhere. Some meetings are exchanged for group activities.

At the 2023 Ozaukee County Fair, Amaya G (left) was crowned as the 2023-2024 Ozaukee County 4-H Horse and Pony Project (HPP) Equine Ambassador.
The Equine Ambassador represents the HPP at various events throughout the year. They also help lead project events and plan the fun show at the county fair.
Applicants must complete the application process which includes creating their own pattern to complete at the county fair as well as an interview with the judge.
