Spend three exciting days learning, riding, and connecting with fellow horse-loving 4-H youth at Ozaukee County 4-H Horse Camp! Campers will work with experienced clinicians to build horsemanship skills, deepen their understanding of horse care and riding, and gain confidence both in and out of the saddle.
Beyond the clinics, campers can enjoy the fun of camp community, including a pizza and movie night, time with friends, and plenty of opportunities to learn from one another. Whether you attend one day or all three, this camp offers hands-on education, supportive coaching, and memorable 4-H experiences.

About our Clinicians
Dr. Allie Baier, PT, DPT, SEP, is a deeply intuitive practitioner who helps people find their way back to ease: in partnership with their horses and in themselves. With more than a decade of experience in physical therapy, Allie has guided clients through everything from orthopedic injuries and chronic pain to nervous-system dysregulation and trauma recovery. A Doctor of Physical Therapy from UW–Milwaukee and a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, she blends medical knowledge with nervous-system awareness and embodied presence to create meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is gentle yet precise, grounded in curiosity and collaboration. Using advanced hands-on techniques as a Certified Manual Therapist, guided awareness, and compassionate conversation, she helps clients uncover the patterns beneath pain, tension, and fear. Through this work, they begin to experience safety in their bodies again: the foundation for all movement, confidence, and connection.
Before founding EquiPT, Allie spent years immersed in the equestrian world as a rider, instructor, Pony Club Examiner, and clinician. Those experiences shaped her understanding that horses respond not only to our physical cues but to our internal state. Today, she helps riders bridge those worlds—science and sensitivity, body mechanics and body state—to find harmony that both horse and human can feel.
To Allie, every body tells a story. Her gift lies in listening: to muscle tone, breath, posture, and presence—and helping people rewrite that story with compassion and clarity. The result is not just improved movement, but a renewed sense of trust, freedom, and joy in the partnership between body, mind, and horse.
Courtney started her riding journey when she turned 8 years old following the footsteps of a babysitter who did the Hunter/Jumpers. She showed primarily Hunters at the local “B” shows and regional “A” shows until her early 20’s. In 2009, she and her husband, Doug, purchased Seoul Creek Farm, a 40 acre, 48 stall operation in the town of Trenton. Seoul Creek’s Program thrives on a diverse client base from fresh off the track TB’s to seasoned “A” Circuit Hunters and Jumpers and a little of everything in between. Her son, Carter started Team Roping a few years ago so she is also knee deep in the Rodeo World which has given her a unique perspective on different ways to execute quality cross training between disciplines. Seoul Creek’s sister company Old Seoul Equestrian hosts several local level horse shows and clinics annually. Old Seoul’s objective is to offer opportunities and scholarships for all aspiring equestrian. Courtney’s passion and love for horses and horsemanship is unwavering. Her focus in teaching is to leave the horse and rider with more tools in their toolbox after every ride; to have a big goal or a small goal and do the homework to achieve it!
A little bit about myself: I am the 4th generation in my family to be in horses- it’s hard wired into me. I started out doing speed and gaming events, competitively showed English and hunter/jumpers for a long time, but have always gravitated back to the timed events. I have worked with trainers in all disciplines including pleasure, hunter/ jumpers, reining, driving, dressage, cow work, and all speed events. I gear all my workshops towards horsemanship first, barrel work second; so please come prepared to do work on and off the pattern. We will tailor each workshop to the needs of the horses and riders in that specific group and you will all leave with several new drills and ideas for your toolbox. Please bring an open mind, questions, and a notebook if you want to write down drills or thoughts throughout the day. Above all I emphasize horsemanship. It’s the staple to every successful program. I aim to help every rider be confident, smooth, and quiet as I feel that is the key to success in all aspects of riding.
