Come to a Consensus
Step 1: Introduce the issue and provide relevant information
Step 2: Talk about your concerns and voice what you want or need the project to include.
Step 3: Have a discussion listing pros and cons. Encourage people who disagree to speak up.
Step 4: Find an area where all agree then design a proposal that all people might like.
Step 5: Discuss and adjust the proposal to deal with any concerns.
Step 6: Write out the final topic idea. Take a vote for 100% agreement.
If you have not reached an agreement, go back to discussion and draft another proposal. Continue to vote on ideas until an agreement is reached.
