Work Permits

Work Permit Eligibility and Requirements:

1.      Student must be at least 14 years of age

2.     Minimum 2.0 GPA

3.     Good attendance record

4.     Submit completed Work Permit Application Form in the CCC with the following information:

• Student information including full Social Security Number

• Employer information and signature

• Parent information and signature

• All signatures on the Work Permit application must be original, wet signatures. 

• Work Permit Application

5.      Please allow 2-3 school days to process permit
