7th Grade Health:

Students were given the following scenario to help them start their projects!

"You are a contestant on America’s Food Truck Race Healthy Eating Season 1. You must create your own food truck company and design 5 signature dishes, which will feature in your food truck. Your dishes and food truck will be displayed at the Food Truck Expo."

The students have been working on this project for the last month, researching and planning their dishes with ingredients, Food Truck design, and advertising.

Students earned extra credit for creating one of their dishes, and bringing it in for the class. This embodies an opened minded student, one is willing to try to new things, in this case students cooked, and tried new foods!
