Question: Many explorers and adventures have done amazing things in the 20th Century but Sir Edmund Hillary is the most talked about and celebrated in NZ. He is even on the $5 banknote.

Why do you think this is? What makes him special? Do you think he deserves this level of fame over other 20th Century explorers and adventures?
