Welcome to our salon! These guidelines help us create a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for every client.
Booking & Deposits
A 50% booking fee secures your appointment. It’s non-refundable, but can be transferred with 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens! Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute changes or no-shows, including sickness, forfeit the deposit. You can transfer your appointment to a friend or family member to avoid losing your deposit.
Saturday Surcharge
A 15% surcharge applies to Saturday appointments due to higher staff pay. To avoid it, try weekday or late-night appointments.
Children Policy
Our salon is generally not child-friendly. Children under 5 must be able to sit quietly if attending. Bringing a baby? Please call us first to arrange a suitable time when no facials are booked.
Pets Policy
For hygiene and safety, dogs and other pets are not permitted. Our salon must remain pet-free for everyone’s comfort.
Extra Info
Late arrivals may affect your service, extra time costs $15 per 10 minutes, and patch tests are recommended for sensitive skin or first-time clients.
