At Brazil Wax Beauty Bar we are specialised in brow, lashes and waxing for men and women. We offer professional and high quality express waxing and beauty services in a hygienic, friendly and comfortable environment.

We are experienced and passionate estheticians that are constantly upskilling and training to ensure we bring the latest techniques, knowledge and beauty treatments to our clients. 

We use premium waxes and products to make sure our clients achieve optimum results.  Our main priority is to provide the best waxing, beauty treatments, and customer service experience every time you come into our salon. At Brazil Wax, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and personalised service for every client and we make sure every client is 100% satisfied and happy when they walk out the door. 

The owner and founder Raquel Ramos is originally from Brazil. She developed a great passion for the beauty industry from a very young age, and it was in Brazil that she learnt the true Brazilian way of waxing, specially the popular Brazilian waxing. 

She migrated to Australia in 2005 and since then she has been mastering the art of waxing. Raquel is a senior Beauty Therapist with over 15 years’ Experience in the Beauty Industry. She has worked for the most reputable chain of waxing salon around Melbourne, where she was a business trainer for over 8 years and a role model for a team of 30 beauticians. She built an impressive clientele and she was booked solid with client’s requests for many years.

In 2015, she moved to Brisbane and worked for the most reputable local waxing salons. In February 2018 Raquel decided to follow her passion and Brazil Wax Beauty Bar was created. 

Raquel is known by her clients for being professional, caring, gentle and thorough with her work. 

Her main focus is to build a business with strong values, skilled therapists and to be a trusted name in waxing and beauty throughout all of the south east Queensland.
