Held in multiple locations in Terrace BC from January 18th to 22nd, 2023, Sima is a celebration of winter wishing to create connection and intimacy during the darkest time of the year through art, community engagement and environmental advocacy. This festival is a community event, organized by the Outdoor Artist Collective, but which would have never been possible without the help of dozens of people and organizations
who embarked in this adventure with us.
Sima 2023 in a nutshell :
• Over 800 people attended Sima events over 5 days.
• 18 events happened in total, including 16 free events for the community.

• 85 partners, collaborators, facilitators & creatives made this festival possible by
offering their time, spaces, art, gifts and voice!
Thanks for the amazing festival!
Sima Festival : Wintering Together is a community event. This first edition wouldn't have been possible without the help of our many contributors and volunteers who made this vision a reality, accessible to all.
