/ about David William Miller, poet
David William Miller is a Terrace based poet.
The poems in his most recent work, I REMEMBER PASSAGE, came about as a form of journaling describing adolescent growth and the culture of working along the west coast. It was a time of disregarding the environment, hazardous working conditions and an unsafe environment for expressing oneself. Men had to show how tough they were, those who talked about loneliness or insecurities were seen as weak.
/ about Taylor Dilley, performer
Taylor Dilley is a Terrace local working as a choreographer and performer, touring the world with the dance collective Le Patin Libre. Together they developed contemporary ice skating over the past 12 years. Taylor has skated works he helped create, in many of the world's biggest arts and dance festivals, and is extremely excited to be bringing new work to his hometown.
