We are currently not issuing any new contracts for Enrichment Services.

Please complete THIS FORM if you are interested in apply during our Request for Proposals in Winter 2025.

OUSD Insurance Requirements:

24-25 Vendor Requirements : Contact with Students (including virtual)

In order to be fully compliant with our vendor requirements (Vendor ID and PO#’s are contingent on your compliance), it is imperative that you UPLOAD the below supporting documentation to your INTEGRIFY ACCOUNT.

Note: When procuring your insurance coverages listed below, Lloyd’s Of London is the only agency that provides all the insurance required. It would be a good idea to ensure your insurance agency has a selling agreement with Lloyd’s of London.

If you are a consultant who will NOT be working with or near students, contact your Program Manager to discuss insurance requirements.

Registration in the OUSD Community Partner Database is a requirement as a part of all community partner contracts.
