Invoices line items should include (Calculator):
School site name
Number of students
Number of classes in the pay period
Once an invoice is submitted, funds will automatically be drawn down from your available encumbrances.
If you make an error on an invoice submitted, you will not be able to make corrections. You will need to contact your ExLO Program Manager so that the invoice can be deleted. Once the invoice is deleted, the funds will appear in your encumbrances amounts. You will then need to re-submit an invoice.
Final invoices must be submitted before June 20th 2025.
