Volunteers (individuals) that are not working on behalf of an outside organization should register as volunteers with the Oakland Ed Fund.

Q1: Who should register in the partner database?
Service providers with a board-approved services agreement to provide services during the current school year. External partners with a board-approved services agreement to provide services to the district during the current school year. External partners that are providing donations during the current school year. Not community volunteers or business vendors.
Q2: What is the next step after I request an invitation?
After we determine whether you are a site-based or external community partner, we will send you an invitation via email to register in the community partner database. You will be asked to provide basic information about your services and the resources that you provide.
Q3: Do I need an OUSD Board of Education approved services agreement?
A board-approved services agreement is required if the partner will be providing services "to the District." Please review white paper here for partnership guidelines.
