2017
I left school to pursue a career in Physical Education. As i started my university journey, I realised that it’s not what I wanted to do anymore. I then got a job for a railway company and have now worked my way up to senior manager.
I didn’t plan my career path as such. I started as an administrator and have worked my way up from there. I then decided I wanted to develop my skills in business management and have recently graduated from UWS. I am now enhancing the skills I have learned from that degree to complete a masters degree this year.
I was Young Ambassador for the school and used to take lunchtime and after school activities. I took part in many events to support the P.E department taking pupils thoughts and ideas into consideration.
I have developed excellent people skills interacting with others to handle difficult situations, especially as a manager now.
Take your time planning your career. Build knowledge and develop different skills, participate in hobbies that interest you! Its not a race.
