The Algebra Workshop is a supportive space designed exclusively for students enrolled in 8th grade Algebra. The workshop focuses on building confidence, strengthening problem-solving skills, and deepening understanding of key concepts through guided practice and discussion. Students have the opportunity to work on class material, review challenging topics, and explore strategies for success in Algebra. Sew What?: A space for all skill levels to come together, create, and be inspired .You'll learn basic sewing techniques and make a fun stuffed animal. Unleash your creativity, learn how to sew on a button or mend a pair of pants. Bring in your own sewing project that perhaps you need help with.
Diamond Art is a craft where you place tiny, colorful “diamonds” onto a sticky canvas to create a sparkling mosaic picture. It’s like a mix between paint-by-number and a sticker mosaic. You match symbols on the canvas to the color key and press the matching diamonds into place. When finished, the picture looks glittery and textured! Every week will have a different theme!
