Volunteers Needed at OSMS Track Meet on 3/9

PLEASE READ THE BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY

Coach A. Warrick (aka 8th grade science teacher) has reached out asking if any Beta Club members would be interested in helping with our school's track meet. Please see the attached Sign-Up Genius to read (and sign up for) the various volunteer opportunities.  If you choose to sign up, you are responsible for all transportation to and from the event, as well as representing yourself well. Even though you will be there as a student and able to cheer on your friends, you are signing up to work the event and others will be depending on you. 

Please note​:

• ​IMPORTANT- When typing your name in the sign up, please include that you are a Beta member.  Example-Jackie Warrick(Beta Club) 

• The track meet date is Monday, March 9th; specific times for each event are noted on the form.

• ​Volunteers must be signed up on the Sign Up Genius no later than March 5th. ​

• Please do not just show up at the event and say you are there to volunteer. Signing up via the official sign up is required.  We will have an approved list of volunteer names at the gate. If your name is not on the list, you must pay for entry. 

• If you sign up but are unable to fulfill your commitment, please simply communicate that. Delete your sign up, then reach out to Mrs. Warrick or Coach Warrick.

• This is considered an in-club hour opportunity. 

• Your point of contact  on the day of the event will be Coach Warrick. Mrs. J. Warrick will also be there if you have any questions.
