How do I get service hours?

Where do I get dropped off for meetings? 

Students should be dropped off on the Old Spanish Trail side at the office. Students will NOT be allowed in on the car rider side. Students CANNOT be dropped off before 7:40. 

How do I pay dues? 

Dues can be paid by check (2 phone numbers must be on the check), cash, or through the online payment portal. 

The National Beta Club page says dues can be taken all year. 

Yes, we understand they do not have a cutoff for accepting money. However, we are teachers first and must have a cutoff time to accept new members. 

Is there anything else that needs to be done if I paid the dues online? 

Yes, students are not considered a member of Beta Club until the signed Membership Agreement is turned in. 

I lost my membership agreement, is there a way I can get another? 

Yes, a blank copy of the agreement is available on the Membership page.
