Nichols Elementary is implementing a brand new school wide behavior system called S.A.I.L. This stands for:

Safe, Accountable, Intelligent Leaders.

Students can earn tickets by demonstrating Safe, Accountable and Intelligent behaviors all over the school, including the classroom, playground, cafeteria, hallway, and library. Students can also earn tickets by being the Leader of the Week!

Students can trade in their tickets to earn different rewards.
