I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. In high school, I started programming in C++, but this was only the beginning of my technical experience. I competed in several coding competitions in high school, only to discover that I enjoy circuits more. This led me to pursue an electrical engineering degree.

I have participated in research and volunteer activities. I believe that engineering is a way to make the world a better place, and I want to do whatever I can to use electrical engineering in this way. I am especially interested in the material level of electrical engineering.
