Since 2021, the Futures Lounge has worked with students to equip them with the tools necessary to move through and beyond high school with confidence and clarity.

Jamie Klückow works with the Counselor, Dr. Rachel Fletcher, and the OISD team, teaching seminars by grade, offering individual post-secondary planning, and facilitating field trips and activities in the Futures Lounge and at the school.

Dr. Rachel Fletcher is the middle and high school counselor, supporting student success by working with individuals and their families to achieve their academic, social/emotional, and career development goals.
