Washington State Certification Portal - This program provides patrons with easy access to nationally recognized certification exams for Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Cybersecurity, Network Administration and more. Not only does the portal provide a consolidated place to access these tests, once you are ready to take one, Washington State will actually pay the testing fee for you.

CREATE A RESUME
Schoolinks: Has a built in resume builder in the 'Student' section under 'Profile and Resume'. Fill out all sections with as much detail as possible, then click on the export resume icon near the top right and save it to Google Drive.
Canva: Search for 'High School Resume' or 'Simple Resume.' Canva has many modern templates to choose from, but remember to keep it simple and professional.
Google Docs: Open Google Docs, go to the Template Gallery, and look under the 'Resumes' section. The 'Coral' or 'Modern Writer' templates are clean, single-page designs that are very easy to fill out.
Microsoft Word: Search the built-in templates for 'High School Resume' or 'Entry-Level Resume'. They have specific layouts designed exactly for students that emphasize volunteer work and school activities.
