What a ride! Our regular season journey has officially concluded, and we closed it out with an incredible 7-0 undefeated record! 🤩
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: This team is something else. ✨
The heart, the dedication, the pure passion—it’s been evident in every match. To all of our players, starters and subs alike: Thank you. You all have played a critical role in this success, and I’m bursting with pride for each and every one of you. This is a special group. ❤️

Whether you’re a returning player or brand new to the squad, come join us as we launch an exciting year of competition, teamwork, and school spirit. Let’s make this our biggest season yet—see you there!
Marvel Rivals Spring Season Recap
What a run, Spartans! 💪🎮 Our VPHS Esports Marvel Rivals team wrapped up the spring regular season in 5th place, and battled their way to an impressive 3rd overall finish in the playoffs. Not too shabby for our first big push! The team showed incredible growth, strategy, and Spartan spirit every step of the way. We’re proud of what we accomplished and even more excited as we set our sights on the fall season of competition. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning!

January 21st, We will be hosting tryouts for our spring Valorant team and possibly looking at additional competitive options for our program.
Tryouts will be held virtually and students must come by R2 to sign-up!

November 21st, Villa Park High School welcomed a delegation of educators from Risshukan Upper Secondary Vocational School in Japan, brought together through the shared passion for esports and the support of NASEF. The visit was an incredible opportunity to foster meaningful conversations among educators, students, and board members, highlighting our mutual dedication to esports education and its potential to build community and engagement.
The day was marked by the exchange of ideas and cultural connections, culminating in the exchange of thoughtful gifts symbolizing this budding partnership. We are thrilled to establish this relationship with our peers from the land of the rising sun and look forward to exploring future collaborations! 🌟Â
