1) Please watch the video (right) in order to see how to work the Zoomy microscope. It's about 5 minutes long.
2) Once you get the microscopes, you will need to go to this website to download the software to use the microscope. Scroll down to the Product Description and download the version you need. Make sure you are on the computer you are going to use the microscope with!
3) If it asks you for an Admin Password - below is the Workaround!
On the Student Computers: open the Camera App, click the Camera icon on the top left and it should switch from the front facing Webcam to the plugged in Zoomy 2.0. Then you should be able to use it with no problem. If they need to take pictures, they may have to click the camera button on the computer rather than the Zoomy, but you should still be able to take pictures.

You will need to return them cleaned. Simply wash with warm water and soap, and dry with a towel.
There are also sets of Prepared Slides to borrow (see list to the right).
These can be used for the Digital microscope as well, but are really for the Compound microscope.
