The CSS Profile is an online application that collects information used by nearly 400 colleges and scholarship programs to award non-federal aid. Check out the link above to see which schools use the CSS Profile.  Fee waivers are available. 

If you are or were in foster care and have finacial need, you may qualify for up to $5,000 a year for career and technical training or college. You don't have to pay this money back. You may also be able to use your grant money to help pay for child care, transportation and rent while in school. You can use your Chafee Grant an any eligible California college or university or career or technical school, as well as schools in other states. Click the link above to apply for the Chafee Grant.
