For my senior project I wanted continue my journey in stock car racing but as a crew member. My family has been big part of racing for many years. From driving to pit crew member to safety personnel to spectator in the stands the list goes on. My cousin Kyle MacAskill has been racing at Thunder Road for five years now and we have started our sixth season this year (2022). As for me I am going into my second year as being a crew member for him. As a pit crew member you work on the car to get it race ready. I mainly do tire stuff like change tires, air presser, staggers and tighten lung nuts. I also do a lot of stuff behind the scenes like run our racing Facebook page (MacAskill McDonald Racing) and create designs/ logos for our team gear and the Facebook page.

This is a pictures after we won our first race for the first time in two years. The first one of the year for us.
We won our second race of the season. We never have won more then one race in a season.
