Contact the business and set up a day and time to job shadow. Obtain the required signatures on the Job Shadowing Agreement Form.
Turn in the Job Shadowing Agreement Form to Mrs. Smith.
Print this Job Shadowing Observations & Reflection Form.
The day of your job shadowing, dress professionally and take notes. Complete the Job Shadowing Observations & Reflection form.
Turn in the completed Job Shadowing Observations & Reflection form to Mrs. Smith.
