You will find suggestions for books under the "Book List" link. As an OPS student, here is what you need to do over the summer:
Welcome to 6th Grade and your last year as an OPS student! At this point, you already know that the best thing to do over the summer to help you with your reading is to read, read, read! You will find suggestions for books under the "Book List" link. As an OPS student, here is what you need to do over the summer:
1. Read for at least 20 minutes each day (Merci Suarez Changes Gears by Meg Medina AND other books of your choice).
3. Write your new teacher and classmates a letter about yourself and your reading. In your letter, please tell them about:
· yourself and your family
· things you did during the summer
· the best book you read over the summer
