Hello, Red Oak Community!
My name is Selina Gutierrez and I am thrilled to be a part of the team here at ROES.
I have worked with children since my high school years and I am currently pursuing my degree in Occupational Therapy. I have loved working with this program and learning from these children!
I have been a part of Club Oak Park since 2019 when I was hired as a program Mentor. I was fortunate to have moved into the role of Assistant Site Leader, and have now been in my current position as Site Leader for three years at Medea Creek Middle School.
I am very excited to be expanding my role to lead Club Oak Park at Red Oak Elementary. During the last few years as I led the Club Medea program, I have also spent time almost daily at Red Oak, helping the team and getting to know the community. I feel lucky to know so many of the students and look forward to getting to know more of the parents, families, staff, and teachers!
It has been an honor to serve as the Club Oak Park Site Leader and I now look forward to working alongside the families and staff to provide the best possible program for the students of Red Oak Elementary School.
Please come by to say hi anytime!

Hello Club Oak Park Families!! My name is Miss Bella and I am so excited to be joining our Red Oak Leadership Team as Assistant Site Leader! I started my journey here at Red Oak in October of 2022 as a Mentor and have been building connections with all of our kiddos and staff ever since. Every day I look forward to bringing positive energy to our program and coming up with new and exciting activities for all grades to be included in.
Before my time at Club, I worked in various childcare settings like the Boys and Girls Club and Summer Camp, which is where I learned my knack for programming.
When I am not at Club, I like to spend my time trying new food places, training my dog, and hanging with my family.
I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone and meeting any new additions to our Club Red Oak families!

ASSISTANT SITE LEADER / TK
I'm beyond delighted to announce that I've stepped into our Leadership team with the role of Assistant Site Leader, Rover for both ROES & MCMS. I started this truly rewarding journey in October of 2023 at ROES as a Mentor for our Extended Care Program. In August of 2024, I was fortunate to step into the role of IA II, as the TK Lead. I have now transitioned into the role of Assistant Site Leader, Rover for two of our OPUSD sites; ROES & MCMS.
My resume is vast with experience, as is my life. I've always enjoyed caring for others; be it children, peers, seniors or animals. I've found a huge sense of fulfillment regardless of age, abilities, or species; with the work that I do. Over the last 3 school years, I've fallen in love with this community & all of its aspects. I'm stoked to be continuing this rewarding path with all of you!
In my time off campus, I enjoy teaching yoga, caring for animals, roller skating, paddle boarding, rock climbing & crocheting amongst MANY of my other hobbies.
Thank you all for your continued support, connection & daily smiles! I look forward to many years of joy & growth with you & your children!
My name is Morgan Weiss and I have been with the Club Oak Park family since 2019.
This year, I will be providing leadership for all Club Oak Park sites and will be providing support in a variety of ways. In addition, I will oversee the Club Oak Park TK program and I am so excited to be working with the little ones.
I have a degree in Family and Child Development from Arizona State University and have been working with children for 20+ years. I absolutely love working with children and have developed numerous after-school programs for many different ages.
Outside of work, Iove spending time with my children and our family and friends. We enjoy family movie nights as well as going to the beach. Both of my daughters are part of the OPUSD family as well! I can’t wait to meet all those I have not yet met and I am looking forward to a fun year together! Please come say hello!
