NAME CHANGES etc...

If you have anything that you feel needs to be changed or addressed for the yearbook, please let us know!

• Do you want your NAME to appear in the yearbook DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS IN SKYWARD? 

• Do you have a NAME that has an accent (ie.  Gonzalés)  or begins with a prefix (ie. McDonald or O'leary), or is Hyphenated (ie. Smith-light) ? Do you want to make sure we GET IT RIGHT?  

• Do you want to make sure we get the correct PRONOUNS?

• Are you a senior that is planning on GRADUATING EARLY? 

• Did you MISS TAKING YOUR PORTRAIT with VIP

• Is there something WRONG with your photo ?

• Do you just want to check to make sure we got it right?

Please talk to your counselor or social worker. 

They have a form to enter this information to communicate with Tabula.
